Refund Policy for FindGPL

At ("FindGPL"), we strive to deliver high-quality digital products as described on our platform. Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods, we enforce the following policy:
1. No Refunds
All sales of digital products (plugins, apps, code, etc.) are final. We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind, accidental purchases, or buyer’s remorse.
Compatibility issues with your project or platform.
Failure to review product descriptions, system requirements, or licensing terms before purchasing.
2. Replacement Eligibility
We will replace your product at no additional cost only in the following cases:
Damaged Product: The downloaded files are corrupted, incomplete, or non-functional.
Missing Product: You did not receive access to the purchased item (e.g., broken download link).
To request a replacement:

3. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion in rare cases, such as:

Technical errors on our platform (e.g., double-charging).
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:
Permanent suspension of your FindGPL account.
Legal action to recover costs associated with fraudulent claims.
5. GPL Licensing Reminder
Even if a refund is granted under exceptional circumstances:
You retain the right to use, modify, and redistribute the product under the GPL license.
Refunds do not terminate your GPL rights.
